He is a partner and the head of principal investing for constant capital ventures,

which is something that he said a minute ago, something he's more enthusiastic about than anything he's done in a really long time.

But the way to think about this is he's excited about building new ventures.

And he sees that there's a lot of inefficiency in the startup process.

As you go from a good idea to building a team to getting funded to taking product to market.
