We'll start with Volkswagen Group. I mentioned on the main podcast yesterday. They delivered

2.05 million vehicles globally in the first quarter of the year. Now, that was down 4% year on year. China did

most of the damage. The group's deliveries in China fell 14.8% to 548,700 units. Its electric car

deliveries in China fell harder, down 64% to 9,400 units. That result points to a clear competitiveness

gap in the world's biggest EV market. The problem goes beyond hardware. Domestic brands in China

just keep moving faster than joint venture players on product refresh cycles and intelligent features, the likes of Neo and Xpung,

embed advanced large model, AI voice assistance, self-learning navigation, and continuous update
