You want to do some tariff talk really quick? Get off of property taxes and talk about tariffs.

Of course, you know, Donald Trump came out and he announced that 90-day pause on reciprocal

tariffs with the exception of China. And there have been no current negotiations with China,

this according to the U.S. trade rep

Jameson Greer. China has responded by increasing their tariffs on all U.S. goods.

They raised theirs again. You know, they went up to 84%. Uh-huh.

And now they have raised theirs to 125%. All right. So my mother-in-law and I were having this conversation last night.

She's a big Trump supporter.

We were talking about the tariffs and she listens and she said, well, like, what do you think is

going on?

And, you know, obviously full disclosure, we've been so focused on this local stuff.
