From the land of the free and the home of the chiefs, this is the

locked on chiefs podcast. It's a post holiday red Friday show for you guys. We are

back with you in the story the day is that the chiefs are getting

close to being fully healthy again and one guy in particular is leading the

charge and that's Patrick Mahomes who was not on the injury report as of

Thursday very significant given he got a little bit more time off for the holiday, but they do have to get down to business against these charters.

Does that boat well for the whole team or just in specifically Mahons?

You know, honestly, I think it bodes well for everybody.

I think you start looking at the chief's injury report. They have two guys that are limited in

Andrew Wiley and Murt in Claiborne and then you have

Cam Rivering who didn't practice at all but he was out with a sick and with an illness so you know he's gonna be back at

practice you would imagine on Friday so I would imagine he'll be ready to play on

Sunday. But really looking at Patrick Mahomes, being healthy for the first time

this season is a huge thing. First time he's not been on the injury report since

week one and that's a big deal if he's fully

healthy and he trusts his offensive line and he moves around like he's been doing in the past couple of games

and not really getting out of the pocket but just moving around in the pocket.

That's a great sign moving forward.

Yeah, I think it's honestly what we've been waiting for basically ever since well I mean the ankle

sprained it's been such a series of injury so to get to the point finally

after the high ankle the knee dislocation, knee cap, sorry, dislocation.

And then the hand thing, I mean the fact that the hand was more significant I think
