RGR Football. Chris Clark's going to join me in a minute and then later in this third segment today

we're going to talk with Nate Tice of the Athletic. Mike Tice's son who's been a coach in the league

scouted a lot of players we're going to get his take on what the chiefs did to add to the

past catching group for Patrick Mahomes and that was just in the draft a couple of guys in particular

and where he sees this particular pass catcher wider receiver core going a lot to go over

there and I think you guys are going to really enjoy that. He's a lot of fun to talk with and if you saw the preview of the other topic over on RGR you can check that out as well.

What we need to talk about too is that the rookie mini camp has come and gone and we did get news on Monday that the guy that I told you to keep an eye on in my tweet pre-camp

What is derice found and they have signed him. Now I talked about him a bit, but here's the

low down drafted in 2018. He's a guy that I had as a very good fit with the chiefs on my board that year

athletic six two-ish I want to say 210 like could be the X pretty explosive needed some work on his routes needed some

work on gaining separation in tight quarters against some other guys that are pretty good

athletes but the cheese had decided to take a chance on him and I think that's great. They have signed him to a one year deal and he's going to get a chance I think to get a new home. He's been in Indy now he's here with the Chiefs to get a little bit more of a different

progression get different coaching and I think he's a guy who could push for the

roster if he can put it all together it's gonna be a wait and see but I'm really

looking forward to seeing what Deerees Fountain has for this team.

Anything else stand out to you about what we heard from Camp?

You know, Creed Humphrey is probably going to be one of my favorite chiefs just because

he just seems to be that good old country boy and I think

that's going to be a lot of fun to follow and I guess I will throw this out because I was asked
