Happy Tuesday after a long weekend. I hope everybody had a lovely weekend. Quickly, I just need to tell

everybody, we decided over the past weekend, kind of like in the past couple weeks,

that we're going to be having our final, like, actual meet and greet.

We're going to have a gala in 20th, 29 to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

But our actual final meet and greet will be May 1st, 2027 in Charleston, South Carolina.

Yay!

It is planned.

Our place is book.

We're not telling anybody where that is, but it's going to be in Charleston.

So just putting that out there, if you guys are, you know, thinking about...

Put it on your calendars.

May 1st.

If you want to do a trip to Charleston, we'll be doing that next year. I know it sounds far away, but it's not. Like a year sounds like, oh, it's so far away, but time flies. So we're just letting everybody know that that is happening. I think this is the earliest we've announced a date ever. So, you know, that gives people a lot of time to plan.

It does.

And apparently that's like, I've never been to Charleston, but Mary Mock has spent a lot of time.

Obviously, she lives really close to there.
