We're going to talk now with a resident uh from cheviot hills

and an attorney and it's about uh what's become a an infamous uh infamous spending by the uh by the city

uh on a homelessness project.

There is a guy named Stephen Taylor, and through fraudulent means, falsified records,

he got the ability to spend $11 million to buy an assisted living facility.

Then he took that $11 million facility and resold it about 10 days later for $27 million.

And there have been federal charges brought against the developer or the original owner, Stephen Taylor.

And the second company that bought the property, the Weingart Center.

Two major officials have gone on leave.

The locals don't want this thing.

We're going to talk with Samantha Nussbaum because the lawsuit was filed Tuesday by local residents against the city and other various homelessness agencies over this deal.
