Today we're going to be talking about chest bra briefly.

So if you don't know who chest bras is, it's Zizz's brother.

I'm sure some of you guys know who Zizz is.

He was a good inspiration back in the, when I was in high high school i used to watch his content and get inspired

to body build and you know build a physique and whatnot and um chest bras kind of carried on the

legacy of ziz after his passing and you know whenever you see chess bra it's hard to not get nostalgia about some of that you know

content you see from uh the old zizz days but um anyways in particular i wanted to talk about

his hair loss and his cycles that he's been doing to sustain it so i I've talked about SARMs. I've talked about

gear. I've talked about TRT. I've talked about androgen index. I've talked about

androgenicity. I've talked about, you know, the hormone profile that's optimal for retaining

hair. I've also talked about how heavily overestimated people think a hormone profile needs to

be to sustain very modest amounts of muscle tissue. So, you know, a lot of guys when they see my

physique, they're say, oh, there's no way you could be on, you know, 100 milligrams of test. And,

you know, do I think test. And, you know,

do I think I could have built this on 100 tests? Probably not, but I can sustain it very easily.

And having an androgen index on the high end of normal, you can hold on to a fairly decent physique.

And in chess bra's case, this is not a disclaimer, not, you know,

promoting SARMs, gear, anything like that. I'm just reporting on something I found very

interesting when I was watching his Instagram story. So basically, he posted before and after

pictures of what he looked like on heavy heavy endrogenic cycles of
