This wee's guest knows what they're talking about when it comes to pints; it's beer sommelier Chess Slattery!

Chess is the Sales and Beer Experience Manager for Neptune Brewing - that's right, she's PAID to work at a brewery. Alongside this, she's also one of the brains behind @craftybeergirls, a community of woman who love beer and organise monthly meet up's (do check them out). As you can imagine, Landlord John and Robin are excited to pick her brains on all things brewing, and we can't wait for her to join us.

1:28.3	Question one, the label of which sauce bottle proclaims that is made on Avery Island, Louisiana, US of stateside. Chess, what are you saying?
1:35.1	No, I don't know. I don't even want to say my answer because it's so not right. Go on, give it a go.
1:41.6	No. No. Do you know what? Okay, fine. Don't.
1:44.5	Do you know what?
1:50.4	It's too embarrassing what I've said because I've just realized it's a British company and it's just not, no.
1:50.8	I don't know.
1:51.7	I'm genuinely baffled.
1:56.0	I wondered whether it might be something to do with bourbon, but I don't know of any condiments that are related to bourbon.
2:01.8	Interesting. Because it's Louis... No, that's Kentucky. Oh, do you know what? Don't anything apart from beer.
