amazing legacy. The late great Edna Lewis cook there back in the day, and her spirit continues to

infuse the dining room and the kitchen. So he has honored that legacy with care,

intention, and lots of love. She is wise, empathetic, and speaking of love, a much love part

of the New York food scene. So he is also a cookbook author, a community builder, and a mom.
