I'm doing great I hurt my elbow weirdly playing well playing disc golf trying to throw the disc as hard as I could and I think there's a form to it where you don't have to hurt yourself

but then I wouldn't be putting as much effort into my throw.

As hard as you can is something you shouldn't do.

Yeah, it's true. So, and I threw to, I went disc golfing too many days in the week, so now I have to taper back on my elbow starts feeling better,

but it is feeling better now.

So I'm on the end.

I tried icing it, I tried heating it, I tried stretching it,

I tried red light therapy all the things

crystals not yet okay crystal bath a crystal bath but I'm feeling good now

and I'm gonna go test it out this week.
