In case you haven't heard yet or seen the news, public media funding has been cut by the Trump White House.

They use a fancy word for it.

It's called rescission.

But all it really means is they took the money.

They took the money.

And for a while in the foreseeable future, it's going to be kind of dire straits for public media.

And this show that you listen to, I produce it in partnership with KCRW, which is public media.

And also, I think, the coolest radio station in the world.
