When you come in as a nurse, which is great i also think it's also to be mindful the fact that

you are working with life and death and you just kind of have to have a tough skin sometimes you

have to toughen up and don't get me wrong there are times you're going to cry in a bathroom you're

going to cry in a utility off you know to utility room um you're going to have moments that are not great you're going to cry in a bathroom. You're going to cry in a utility off, you know, utility room. You're going to have moments that are not great. You're going to parents scream at you. You're going to have patients that you may lose. You're going to have situations where you have to be the nurse to take, you know, there's so many different things. And I think just being open-minded and coming and feeling like you can do the best for your
