I want to play a little visualization game to begin this week's episode.

So go ahead and close your eyes if it's safe and visualize, if you will, having

the first sip of a 3 p.m. Diet Coke. How about the sound of fallen leaves crunching under

your feet, the feel of sliding on pajamas that are fresh out of the dryer. These are all very satisfying

experiences. Well, to me, at least, I mean, I don't know, maybe you would prefer locking eyes

with a crush for the first time or making it through a yellow light or, oh my gosh, how about the moment your dog finally

pees after sniffing seemingly every single blade of grass? That's the thing about satisfaction.

It's different for everyone. I, for example, will never need to run a marathon to feel accomplished

in my life, but that doesn't mean that I don't enjoy an annual

turkey trot. Yes, I'm that nerd. And oh wait, I will also probably never go to the grave having

bungee jumped. Though, you know what, I have been pining for a private helicopter ride for years,

so if anyone listening can safely hook that up, please call me. I also derive zero contentment from waking up early.

Give me a sunset over a sunrise any day. The point is, not only do different sites, sounds, people,

and experiences light us up, but we also each hold a unique capacity for what we're willing to pursue in order

to achieve satisfaction. Tom Brady's threshold for eating avocados is clearly not the same as
