The S&P and Dow climbing back positive territory for the week, but with major indices all

still firmly in the red for the year, is this rally all too little too late.

Plus, Spotlight and Southwest shares rising today even as the airline cancels more flights.

Does this week's turbulence set the stage for more scrutiny and regulation for the entire

industry?
