father as well as her lifestyle ended up leading her to burn out and that's when

she made the dramatic decision to step away from her legal career. Instead, she embarked on a

world health and wellness tour. She went to the furthest corners of the earth to try and learn about what makes us healthy and what's good for our

well-being. She qualified as a primal health coach and a corporate wellness

consultant and now she advises her former law colleagues, top corporate executives and so on

on how to optimize their health and well-being so that they don't experience the same stress and burn out that she did.
