This is world's greatest con.

As best I could tell, there are three things every con needs.

You gotta have a plan or skill. When we took on Hitler we saw that months of planning

years of idea development every possibility accounted for. You got to have the

opportunity, the right window. For Dan Enright it was having his show for NBC. The most important part, the part where we get the word

Khan is confidence, the confidence to reach for that brass ring.

And I'm pretty sure this scales at all levels.

For example, here's a con that you may be unwittingly or

willingly have pulled off yourself. It's you and your

buddies. You're out at lunch. There's an awful lot of you. The bill comes. Are we going

to split it? How are we going to split? Usually nobody wants to think about this.

But if you're a responsible adult, somebody takes charge.

It goes through, who had the steak, who had the coffee,

who had the nachos, who had the shrimp, who had the ramen.

I don't know what restaurant this is. It's got to be major pandas, steak grill, and tacharya.

As you go through everything, eventually you realize... date grill and talkaria.

As you go through everything, eventually you realize that the stack of cash you have is significantly more than the tab. So you decide that your job is done.

And whoopsie doodle, wouldn't know it there's so much there including tip that you don't need to pay for your lunch
