| 0:41.6 | I think that's important to say in the beginning. I actually have a background in engineering and business development, but it was whilst I was doing business development that I interacted with contracts frequently and that I |

| 1:36.8 | contracts faster. But what we also do, which is to some extent a second problem is post signature it's always a pain to track the |
| 1:46.7 | data and the contracts and we make it very easy so again so that if you've just signed a contract and your customer success team wants to know what they're implementing or your finance team wants to know when do we invoice and what are the payment terms, it's very easy for them to get that data about needing to chase or crawl through PDFs. |
