Hello and welcome to Podsave the Queen and your host Sowy Forcy and we are back this week with a bumper episode.

We're sorry we didn't get a chance to do a live episode last week, but that's

because Russ was very busy out in Canada, so he's with me today and we've got all the

latest from that tour, we've got the Chelsea Flower Show, we've got the Queen

at the Royal Winsor Horse Show and looking ahead to the Jubilee.

So much to get through and hire us how are you?

I'm very well I'm very sorry I didn't get to catch up up with you last week, but it was just such a whirlwind

tour. I mean, I can't believe that we covered that sort of amount of ground. I looked at a map of where we'd been. There was, I think there was three, four timeshones in three or four days. I didn't know whether I was coming or going. But we are back, we are back on, we are back in Blighty and there's lots to lots going on this week lots to look forward to next week

So how many nights sleep in an actual bed did you get in those five days? Because you were doing most of your traveling at night weren't you?

Yeah so we left on the Tuesday, we then flew during the day and then because we went back

we arrived in Newfoundland and Labrador on the East Coast, a place

called St Johns, to a really lovely welcome actually. And then we, I think we went

back three and a half hours and then there was a full day then we jump back on the plane then we flew to Ottawa

then we had a night sleep so that was Tuesday night

then we did a full day Wednesday, stayed in Ottawa, then flew to Yellow Knife, full day in Yellow Knife in the Northern

Territories, which is about five or six hours away from us to

and then we flew back that evening

and then went back in, did we go back in time

or forward in time?
