when i set everything up um and figure out and Julie's asking me, what are you talking about?

And I'm like, I don't know.

And then something pops in my head, and I go with it.

So from a lot of conversations this week, I'm going to focus on the whole concept of change and motivation. A lot of people have

reached out asking about, you know, cognitive real therapy, neuropsychiavals, being involved

in a relationship, whether that's a child parent, partner-partner relationship,

siblings, whatever, that are struggling with whatever form of mental health or mental

illness of how to get that person into treatment. And there's really no easy answer for it.

So, you know, if we take the whole concept of change, it's, uh, you look at it

from this perspective.
