And today we are previewing the biggest match in domestic soccer, the Champions League final,

which this season features the second biggest club in Manchester, Manchester City,

and the second biggest club in southwest London, Chelsea, AISU-Wimbledon of the biggest club in that region in case you didn't realize.

Joining me to look ahead to the big one on Saturday is a man whose team can score 10 penalties in a shootout and still lose Taylor Oakwell.

extra time and then everybody decided to get really good at penalties really fast yes we're recording

didn't score. It's not just you. And on this occasion, not only did he not save a single one, but he is the one who missed the one penalty. Tough spot to be in for David DeHaya. I mean, you could make the argument that maybe they shouldn't have been there in the first place, and maybe saving all of your subs until the final 10 minutes of extra time doesn't make a whole bunch of sense.

But then again, it's only going they got to solshire who makes weird faces when he does score so who knows right over maybe possibly we're blaming solshire rather than the keeper who didn't save a single penalty in the shootout and didn't score one either i mean i'm i'm happy to blame lots of different people who Who else you got? Let's throw some more people in there.

Marcus Rashford continuing to be on the field, despite not being able to move at all.

That seemed like an interesting choice for Olegunder-Soulshire. Some questionable decisions. Donnie Vanderbake has apparently been banished to Siberia for the rest of his existence. That's a fun one too. Well, let's bring more gasoline onto this fire

than normal time at the 2021 Europa League final. It's Joe Lowry. Ryan, thank you for that. In this case, I'm not sure how high of a compliment that really is, but I'm going to take it anyway. I mean, the bar was low, I must have been. Yeah, yeah. It's not a huge praise, I apologize. I will say, I will say, I get genuinely nervous. Like my insides get nervous, watching penalty kick shootouts. I don't know if other people ever feel that. I just, I don't, that doesn't happen to me in other sports moments really but that that one moment in

particular really does something to me to the point where even if I'm not invested in the

teams at all I still have a hard time watching does that happen to you guys or no yeah yeah

definitely yeah I think they're very exciting but just to be clear Joe which part of your

insides get nervous where did the nervousness touch you? Stomach. Stomach only. Okay, got it, got it. Thank you. Now, man, I'm with you, Joe. And I also had a new level of anxiety of not experienced before, or like, I guess, secondhand anxiety of I've been on a penalty shootout and I've missed. I've been on a penalty shootout and I've taken one and scored. And there's a tremendous feeling of like relaxation and calm and just like, well, I did what I could do. It's out of my hands now. And to have it potentially come back around after you've made one, that is the thing that I think after I thought like, well, job done, I can't do anything else to now have to get back into the competitive mode. That's terrible.

I was very interested in how that was going to play out.
