Dayluge of busyness that I have planned. But after work today, I want to challenge all listeners because I'm going to do this

let's all hit the gym or take a run and clear out the way to eat drink and be merry it been a wild year, and I for one want to hit some comfort food

over the holidays.

So my immediate plans are to work out

and pave the way for some good eating

over the next couple of weeks.
