What is happening? Welcome to another episode of The Craft. My name is Nick Pollack live from my fiance's mom's home. I'm Nick Pollack. And today we have, we have Inoceros coming in to talk about rookie pitchers to Target. That is, these are the guys that are these new names.

We want to really check in on some ones that we maybe have talked about in the past

and some brand new ones that maybe even had an MLB debut last night

and talk about them for the next two weeks.

But also, what is their impact for 2026?

How do we feel about them entering the offseason very shortly?

And so, you know, I give you a massive

list. And I'm realizing now I completely forgot about some Pittsburgh team as well. But you told me

before this, and I think everybody would love to hear this, you spent an hour doing prep work

just on the list of pitchers I gave you. Is that right?

Yeah. And my idea was to find comps for each of these players. And so I've got through most of the

list. And I guess the preface that I would give you is that there are no perfect comps and that,

you know, guys can learn their way out of a comp and add a pitch or whatever it is.

But I think these are intriguing names and I think it gives you a sense of who these guys can be.

And I think it's based on sound evidence because basically my process was take the arm angle.

And then I was talking to Dan Brooks at Sabre Seminar.

He calls it the pitching peanut.

Nobody else does.

But it's the you can kind of see the movement around the arm slot.

It's like looking at the pitcher movements on Savant.

And, you know, the peanut is like the fastball and the sinker, the, you know,

the fastball on the cutter and the sinker around the top.
