And today we have a special guest that isn't Enosaris.

No, it is Cade Povich of the Baltimore Orioles.

Cade, thank you so much for taking the time.

I know it's been tough.

Your schedule has changed a lot rapidly over the past a week or so.

But it's just great to just sit down and talk shop with you.

Yeah, thank you. I'm excited to talk and thanks for having me on. All right. So really all we're

going to do here is just kind of talk about Cade's approach as mentality and we just talk shop a lot

here. And first and foremost, I would love to just hear a little bit about your journey

and just how you've changed as a pitcher a bit. That is, what were you throwing in high school?

How did that change as you continue to grow from there? Yeah, I mean, in high school, I would say when I was younger, honestly, probably a completely

different pitcher in a lot of aspects. I mean, freshman and sophomore year, so I started on the

freshman team, my freshman year, sophomore year, I was on the JV team a little bit. Probably not even getting into the 70s.

Growing up, I was more of a throw slow guy, but I could kind of try and put it in places and

use that slow speed to get guys to not hit things hard.

You sound like a high school lefty, yep.

Yep, typical high school lefty.

Learned a change up, learned a curveball.
