Summary

Can you feel it, Mr. Krabs? There are only seven-ish weeks until the 2021 College Football season is here, and though kickoff still seems so far away, Andy and Ari try mollifying this sense of longing by going over 2021 win totals. Just as Ari's about to make my life easy by dropping a magma-hot take, he freezes it quicker than Han Solo in Carbonite by spinning a preface to his opinion, but then he gets to it - Clemson may miss the playoffs. Is there a chance Dabo and co. miss the postseason? Which games on their schedule could they lose? Staying in ACC land, can Sam Howell and the Tar Heels win 10 games this year? Which Big 12 team might fall short of expectations this year after exceeding them last year? Penn State is primed for a bounce-back campaign after last year's stinker, right? Does Steve Sarkisian have enough Crimson Tide wax to polish a dull Texas team, and how many games will LSU win?

some of them look really weird.

0:58.9

And so I bring it on Ari Wasserman because he's the one who looks at win totals and

1:02.9

was like, oh no, that's completely wrong.

1:05.9

Oh, no, jump all over that.

1:07.5

you know, Vegas thinks they're going to win, which, Ari, should we even say, as, as I'm staring at you in your, your win Las Vegas hat, like, should we call it Vegas anymore? Because it's not really Vegas. It's just sort of everywhere now. Yeah, it is everywhere. It is kind of strange. it's like, oh, we're going to get to talk about actual, the actual sport this week.

2:23.9

Um, everywhere now. Yeah, it is everywhere. It is kind of strange. It's like, oh, we're going to get to talk about the actual sport this week and talk about teams and players and how good we think they're going to be. That's like, how long has it been since we've had a conversation like this, like six months? It feels like it. I think we've sprinkled some in here and there, but it feels like it's been forever. And this one, you and I were texting back and forth before we started recording, and I sent you some lines, and you said, okay, these are the ones we need to do. And I said, yeah, Clemson's really interesting. And I think you thought, I thought it was interesting for a different reason, and you ready to come breathe and fire but let's let's start with clemson because I feel like the high-end ones are just as interesting as the mid ones and the the is this team going to bounce back

2:30.4

this clemson one feels easy to me 11 11 and a half. Clemson's over under is 11 and a half.
