All right, let's reset our Celtic slots quickly.

The reporting on the Gordon Hayward trade continues.

The latest, again.

Hayward and number 14 for Miles Turner, the center there with the Pacers.

How do you feel about that deal, man?

I would do it.

Yep, I would absolutely do it. Again, my big issue with their roster is if you're going to make moves, you've got to address what some of the holes on the team are. And one of the holes is a big man. There aren't a lot of big men that can play both ends of the floor in that league. Turner's one of them. And when I say, you know, I'm not telling me this guy's any sort of superstar.

Okay, but he's not a liability on the offensive end. And he's a pretty good defensive player. So that might be the best you can do there. So take the shot. You've got to get a big guy. But that would have to include Hayward opting in and this is be a sign of trade. Yeah, unless Murray, they make up the money some other way right so and again who knows I don't know if there's a way to do that or not you know figure it out on a cocktail napkin I don't care but if you could make this happen make it happen yeah I think so too I mean I think so too I don't think Hayward's happy here I don't know that but I believe the rumors and the reports I think out. Yeah, I just can't imagine why he would be happy here. It hasn't gone even remotely well on any level. And so he hasn't gotten the, you know, the profile that he wanted. He's had injuries. Like the whole thing's been a borderline disaster. So if the Celtics can make that move. Hayward goes to Indiana. He's obviously, you know, home, and you can get a big guy

out of it?

I would absolutely do it.

Me too ways about it.

I mean, do it on several different fronts.

One, you call the herd here.

You just, there's too many wings, too many shooters, too many cooks in the kitchen.

It's become a little bit of a problem.

And so that sort of defines Tatum and Brown's role further. You don't have that redundancy anymore. So that's good. I think they can, you know, subtract and even be better by by peeling off a piece or two. So they desperately need to do that. They're trading a draft pick so I don't have to listen to another for cocta thing about some great kid from the

big 10 who's going to be at the end of the bench or Maine or some stiff stuffed in Europe.

I'm sick to death of them making draft picks and having to read and hear about them and they end up

doing absolutely nothing. I'm done done with it. And they should be too. They should be done with

making draft picks. They've drafted 17 players in the last four years.
