Nate texted me saying there there was a request for Rob Chute. Isn't that lovely? Yes, absolutely. It's my French name. Rob is not from these parts. No, no, from Flatbush on Thames. I'm from a little village ditchly ditch in Britain. The names of those towns. What did he just say? Blackbush on the Thames. Blackbush on Tens. It's like being I'm from Stratford on Toast.

It's the oddest name.

I was just back in Britain a couple of days ago visiting. How did you? I saw you with your family. Your parents got a new house? They did. At 88, they decided to move. Wow. Wait, wait, hold on. At 88, it's time for a new house.

They said my mother said, we need to have a final move.

so before they go before they say goodbye my mom wanted to feel what it was like to buy a new kitchen

to buy a new bathroom and I went with her to the kitchen stalls and she could get to pick her handles and the tie. Oh my God, I've got the perfect, I've got the perfect espresso maker for them. And of course, Lily, my dog is right next to me and we're having the best ever, and we're starting our day with you. Wow. That's awesome.
