I am here to speak with you today about the belonging wound.

And what the belonging wound can look like is feeling not included in groups, feeling really isolated, feeling like you're with friends,

but you're always on the outside, social anxiety, feeling like you haven't found your people,

that you don't have like your ride or die friend, that you're not invited to things.

And I want to tell you this wound is really common.

But just because something is common doesn't make it any less painful.

But I do think it's important to tell you it's common because when we have the belonging

wound, sometimes we think we're the only one that has it.

And everybody else is just doing great and feels like they belong and they're always invited and they don't

have issues and yes there are some people that this isn't their thing it isn't their karma it

isn't their soul's curriculum but in my own life and in working with so many people over the

years and being honest about my own belonging wound I can tell you that more of you have versions of
