Hey Chris welcome to the show pleasure to be here Christine and you and I connected because I actually did your

podcast which you'll talk about and plug at the end of this

interview and we just had such a great connection and I know that you are really

passionate about helping people get over it and on with it when it comes to breakups, which is definitely

something we talk about on the show. A lot of people call in with that and I don't

really know anybody who is totally avoided never having a breakup or never being
