So as I head off from maternity leave, but you still have a fresh episode that I just

recorded for you coming out on Wednesday.

As I head out, I thought that it would be fun if I re-air the very first episode that

I ever recorded for this podcast.

It was an introduction episode that aired on October 22nd, 2015, 2015.

That means the show is almost seven years old, oh my gosh.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who has stuck with me for seven years.

And those of you who are new and those of you who are somewhere in between, I just love

and appreciate all of you.

I haven't even listened to this episode.

If I did, I'd probably want to edit it and not air parts a bit or whatever.

Because I, well, I hope to got upgrown in the past almost seven years.

I know that I have.

And I thought it would be fun for you to see where I was seven years ago.

And you can probably even feel into the changes, the way I would have talked about myself

in the past versus now, the way I tell stories then versus now.

We're always evolving.

So I'm having a vulnerable moment and going, okay, this is my very first episode that
