Summary

In this episode of the Coffee Break French Magazine we're heading to the cinema! After hearing a text about French cinema, Mark and Pierre-Benoît break down the language, focusing on some useful vocabulary for talking about films, such as: réalisateur, le septième art and trucages. Listen out for examples of the subjunctive, the gerund and the imperfect tense, as well as the following expressions: que ce soit and être la première à avoir fait qqch.

0:46.0	Je jouais du piano, je jouais de la guitare, les choses qui me plaisent quand je ne travaille pas quoi.

0:54.2	Alors, je n'ai pas fait grand chose en fait parce que j'ai beaucoup travaillé récemment.
0:59.9	Ah, désolé.
1:01.4	Mais ce que j'aime faire quand j'ai du temps libre, c'est aller au cinéma.
1:05.3	Le cinéma, battient justement, c'est en fait notre texte aujourd'hui, ça parle de cinéma.
1:10.9	Le cinéma, c'est ça.
1:12.7	Et nous sommes en train de s'enlever un texte sur le cinéma,
1:16.3	et nous sommes en train de s'enlever le ancestor de la French cinéma dans cette petite pièce de la maison.
1:22.1	Et puis nous allons nous aller vers le texte et nous allons nous parler de tous les questions de la langue.
