Hello and welcome back to Coffee Break French. In this lesson we're continuing to follow

the adventures of Christina and David and they're having their meal with Jean-Jacques

and Sophie. We'll be covering the future tents in lesson 77 and we'll also pick up a few

phrases like ettre en train de faire quelques choses, to be in the middle of doing something.

So just as we've done in previous weeks, we're going to begin by listening to the conversation

for today. As you know, Christina and David have met Sophie and Jean-Jacques and they're having

dinner together. At this stage in the conversation, they've already ordered their food and they're

now chatting about different topics. Have a listen.

You don't seem to stay all day on the beach, if you're going to the beach, okay? But me, I'd

make photos in the old city perhaps. You like photography? Me too. You've seen the new

cannon that comes out. 18 megapixels. You're kidding me. Oh, there it is. Let's go. That's it.

We're not going to talk about other things. I think David is doing a friend, I think. He's going to talk

about photography all night. I don't know how to say this in French, but it sounds like

that's something. Exactly. If you're going to make photos in the old city, you'll have to go to the

catwalk of David. There are people's tables in the interior that are impressive.

We've seen people's tables in the living room too. Ah, in the living room. Yes, that's it.

Listen David, if you want, I can accompany you. Yes, well, it depends, I suppose. If it's not too hot,

we'll be in Italy. Sophie, do you know what time it will be tomorrow? I'm not sure, but I don't think

it's too hot. Maybe in the 26th, 27th degree. For us, it's already the cannibal. We'll talk about it.
