This week always feels like almost purgatory like because we're after final cuts training camp is over but it's

not even game week yet we're in that middle ground room hmm is that what purgatory is like

the middle ground kind of between training camp and the game i think so okay um but it also it feels like

fallout it's kind of like autumnish so it's kind of nice uh beautiful morning

did you get outside this morning uh i ran i went to the grocery store so on my walk i didn't

have any like i forget to buy food sometimes and then i realized that there's nothing left so i went

this morning and you can walk to the grocery store no i mean like i walked and went to my car

oh okay drove to the grocery store i have i I mean, like I walked and went to my car. Oh, okay. I drove to the grocery store. I have a giant like three quarters of a mile from me and on a nice day I like to walk there. Is he friendly? The problem is like, then you bought four bags of stuff like, oh, I didn't drive, did I? There's a lot of changes that it will undergo over the course of the season, and already some of them have taken place.

An injury update from practice, the first practice we've gotten to see.

Encouraging one. I definitely encouraging the first practice we've gotten to see. Encouraging one. I mean, for definitely encouraging the first practice we've seen since training camp ended. And then we have a bunch of questions to get to at the end. But let's start with all the roster moves through. That's a really big show right there. Yeah, we have a lot. I know. And we're talking about grocery stores. And I'm like, we better kick this into high gear a little bit. Sullivan would be jealous. All right. So nobody knows who at Sullivan is. All right. Yes.

Most recent roster move reportedly Marcus Epps coming back to Philadelphia. So they have to figure out a roster spot for him. But what do you make of that signing?

He's a solid guy. And I thought he played well

when he was here. Look, I think he's better than Tristan McCollum. And he was available. So I like to

move a little depth. I think you asked me the other day, what position I think they might want

to upgrade. I think I said safety safety and Marcus Epps is better than

what they had yeah I agree with that he gives them a little bit of veteran depth he's now the

oldest member of the secondary at 29 years old it's kind of crazy to think that Marcus Epps is 29

years old you still think of them as like this up-and-coming day three player the Eagles got from Minnesota.

But he's been in the league for a long time.
