because of it.

I've been attacked by almost every major news agency that's out there.

But recently there was a new news piece that came out against me personally.

Talking about an issue, how could we have Dell Beach for anyone like him arrested?

This is how they're thinking folks.

Many in New York City who attended a massive anti-vaccine protest this week or video of

speaker Dell Big Tree has gone viral.

He's the CEO of an anti-vaxx group based here in Austin, Texas who questions the need

to get vaccinated if you've already had the virus in our naturally immune.

But during his speech he said this.

It led many to make the case that it should be criminal to intentionally catch a death

deadly contagious disease since there are people who medically will never be able to get

a vaccine and are thus always going to be unprotected.

So we took the discussion to our legal analyst Charles Adams.

There's not really any law that is prohibitive of someone intentionally catching a virus.

The question is whether or not by catching the virus you're engaging in a conspiracy to spread

the virus as a biological agent which could implicate some federal terrorism charges.

And the argument a prosecutor can make is by knowingly encouraging others to be infected

and seeking to get yourself infected knowing that because you are behaving in a manner
