Now, here's the fun one out of Pittsburgh.

You've got a man that owns a bit of property, and he has 30 days to figure out, this is what

the city did, this is a city order, how to figure out how to catch a noisy rooster.

And it may not even be his.

I don't think it is his.

He just has the very bad luck is it lives on his property.

And the rooster's piercing calls, you know how they do that in the morning when they wake up,

or when you wake up, or when they wake you up, plagued residence for years.

So because it lives on his property, he is in violation of the city's ban against roosters.

You can't even have roosters.

And why?

Because they make so much damn, they make so much noise and wake everybody else.

So he's in front of a judge.

And he said he's tried to catch the animal.

He's failed.

He said he's called Animal Control.

He says, it's not my rooster.
