Commuters, this one's for you. The 509 Expressway will have tolls starting Monday morning. If you stay on the expressway in CTAC, expect to pay up to $2.40. Also, reminder, you won't be able to take 509 South this weekend. It closes tonight from 24th Street to I-5.
