let's get you caught up. The family of a 15-year-old who fell to his death at Gasworks Park has filed a nuisance lawsuit against the city of Seattle.

Matthews Johnson fell from the fenced off remnants of a coal gasification plant that has been deemed a historical landmark by the city.

The Seattle Times reports Johnson is the third person since 2012 who's fallen to their death from the structure.

The city's landmark preservation committee rejected a proposal this month to take the ladders and catwalks off the structure,

instead suggesting better lighting, cameras, or an alarm system. Well, it happens every year. Sunday is the end of

daylight saving time for the year.

Time to roll your clocks back to standard time. The official time change happens at 2 a.m.,

meaning the sun will rise at 655 a.m. and set nice and early at 4.49 p.m.
