started coming out last night, and here's what we know. Portland police rendered aid to the

victims who were then transferred

to a hospital. The Department of Homeland Security says this happened during a targeted

traffic stop. Homeland Security also says the victims are Venezuelan. The FBI in Portland

is investigating the shooting and Portland Mayor Keith Wilson is calling on ice to end all operations

in Portland in the meantime. Find the latest at KUOW.org. A federal court has shielded

U-dub and other public universities from cuts to research funding. The Trump administration had tried to

slash funding for public universities by not fully reimbursing schools for things like facilities, equipment, and staff.
