A big part of my spirituality is just humility and realizing like I am not in control.

And that also helps me with some of my perfectionism, right? It's like sometimes I think my

perfectionism and my people pleasing is just me acting out to try to be perfect enough and be

liked enough so that everything's okay. It's actually not my job to make everything okay. It's

not up to me. It's not my job to control the universe. I know there are people who can wake up

every day and think like it's not my job to control the universe on their own, but for me I tend
