so first question is what got you in the real estate great steve you you really got that intro down pat

um what got me into real estate so um actually come from a engineering background I know

there's a few other people in our space that are too and is that nerd Jared Vidalas

yeah exactly so I I was going to school for five years for engineering and finance. And about halfway through,

my brother-in-law introduced it to me. He was doing some flips. And I was kind of doing my

own thing too. I was also on my entrepreneurial journey myself. And I started started out I was buying and selling a bunch of

jeeps on Craigslist so like anything I kind of did I always did just overboard you know so

it started where I've just bought one and I bought I would buy them for a couple grand
