0:07.0	States facing surges should seriously look at shutting down again or at least pause reopening. That is the message from Dr. Anthony Fauchy.
0:15.8	Estates across the South and the West continue to break records. California and
0:20.3	Florida today reporting a record number of coronavirus deaths. Florida seeing a
0:25.4	huge spike in the number of people testing positive for coronavirus there, the
0:29.8	positivity rate now more than 18 percent. So to put that into context for you, the CDC initially recommended that states with
0:37.3	more than 20% positivity rates stay shut down.
0:41.7	At least a dozen states are seen hospitalized, the most hospitalized
0:45.6	coronavirus patients since the pandemic began and as intensive care units fill up
0:50.6	and PPE shortages are reported yet again.
0:54.0	And ER, Dr tells CNN the scary part is that it's only going to get worse.
0:59.3	As CNN's Erica Hill reports more than 10% of the new infections have come just in the last 10 days.

1:10.0	For the people who expect it to see a sharp decline in the number of cases as the weather became warm and moist,
