Hi, I'm Ethan Sopli, welcome to American Blood. Outside of acting, my two favorite things

0:08.4

to do are diet and eat. I have a very complicated relationship with food and on this podcast,

0:14.0

we're going to talk about all of it. Food is entertainment, food is sport, food as fuel.

0:21.0

I'll talk to experts and the average person, just like you and me.

0:25.2

I hate to ask you to do anything, but if you're enjoying the show,

0:28.8

please take a moment to like, subscribe, rate, review, all of the above on whatever app you're getting

0:35.6

in front. Today on the show, I'm talking to Case Kenny. He is a writer and podcaster,

0:41.4

and he is the man behind the mindset journal. Today, we are going to talk about mindfulness.

1:34.7

So I think the message you're spreading is certainly an undercut to like, you know, you can

1:42.0

lay out a path for somebody to do something. But if they're thinking about it incorrectly,

1:45.9

it's very difficult to do it. Yeah. Well, I mean, you're certainly not alone in that. And I

1:51.4

think what you just said is such an apt description of why I think mindfulness, which is really what

1:57.5

I'm passionate about is so powerful because I used to think my as a regular guy, pretty masculine

2:03.5

guy, pretty type A guy, I used to think something like mindfulness was for sensitive people,

2:08.5

people who talked about energies and people who had healing crystals in their apartment. Now for me,
