dollars. And they could not operate these drug cartels unless their governments was somewhat not really behind them either turning a blind eye

or actually involved in the drug trade with them. According to the New York Times, this is the latest

headline dated, I believe it was today, excuse me, yes, on the fourth, excuse

on the fourth. The headline is Trump claims the power to summarily kill suspected drug smugglers.

The move to treat criminals as if they were wartime combatants escalated an administration
