How's up working training wise?

Well, we've been given our own programmes to do a bit like off-season, you know, when you're on holiday,

do your own stuff and keep ticking over. We've obviously got like a big group chat and everything that things are videos and stuff flying in, different challenges and stuff for us,

for us to do.

So we're staying in contact,
