0:55.1	they create their main dining room menus in the menus on the buffet that they serve every night.
0:59.9	So while I was in New York last weekend, they introduced a new member to their culinary council.
1:05.0	His name is Eduardo Jordan.
1:06.6	He's a restaurateur.
1:07.4	He's from Florida, but has restaurants in Seattle.
1:09.9	So we talked a little bit about that with Orlando, and then we kind of went into how Holland America has evolved over the past five years. And then I kind of snuck in a question about the development of Half Moon Key. So here's our interview with Orlando. We're here with Holland America's president, Orlando Ashford. How you doing, my friend? I'm very good. How about yourself? Question is, what do you look for when it comes to adding someone to the culinary council?
