So while I was in New York last weekend, they introduced a new member to their culinary council.

He's from Florida, but has restaurants in Seattle.

So we talked a little bit about that with Orlando, and then we kind of went into how Holland America has evolved over the past five years. And then I kind of snuck in a question about the development of Half Moon Key. So here's our interview with Orlando. We're here with Holland America's president, Orlando Ashford.
