Many military leaders spoke and were there

in Virginia. It was a very important conversation. And my next guest is a guy of like for many years.

This guy is a Navy seal, served our country proudly, I believe two tours in Iraq. He's now a television

star, believe it or not, Carl Higby front line, right across the street

at Newsmax, but I respect the hell out of this guy. Carl Higby, good morning, badass. How are you? Hey, Sid, I appreciate the only more badass is your intro music. I love that. You like a little of inhaling, don't you? Yeah, I love it. Did you not mean this sincerely? you know, ballplayers, you know, like Dan Marino, would always play Frank Sinatra, believe it or not, in his headphones before a big Miami-Dompson game. When you found yourself in a situation where you had to be really tough or get fired up to do something in military fashion, did you play music? Did you rely on music or not really? You know, you're going to laugh at this, but I remember sitting there, and we're in Fallujah, we're about to go out on an op, and it was one of those like, hey, everybody might not come home ops. And I put on Abba dancing queen, and everybody looked at me, it wasTF dude like I'm a 250 pound guy

I'm the tiny guy and they're like what's going on is there are you in the closet

you're not telling us something or whatever and within 30 seconds of everybody

making fun of me for being a little light in the loafers which are not right right

they're all dancing and singing along with it. And I was like, okay, guys,

you know, like, there you go. It's for you, Carl. There you go. You got to get the mind right. And if you can relax a little bit, it really helps the nerves. I got to tell you, I love that song. And my wife makes fun of me, too. Now, this is the woman I've slept with for 30-something years. you've got two kids and and she calls me gay for liking Abel. But I love that song, too. And listen, Carl, you got the biggest arms, basically of anybody I know, I think bigger than Hulk Hogan. So you don't got to prove your sexual liking to me. But it's funny that that song, I love that song, too. Dancing Queen by Abba got you all fired up.

Let's get to yesterday. I know you watch President Trump. I know you watch Pete Hexeth and all those guys.

I thought it was a very important couple of hours. How did you think our leaders did?

I think Pete Hegseff knocked it out of the park. And, you. And there's stronger words than that for it.

But it's, you know, back in 2010, I wrote a book called Battle on the Home Front, which

basically talked about our promotion system in the same way.
