I thought you made some pretty interesting arguments in an athletic piece you just wrote.

But I want to start in the obvious place scrolling your Twitter today.

What is Fufu? And do I need to try it?

Fufu, yes. It's a starchy garnian dish that is consumed with a ground nut soup or a soup my mom makes with plum tomatoes. And yeah, I'd say it's one of the most traditional gardening dishes you can have there.

I think my mom sometimes makes it with like a mashed potato and maize-like powder when I was growing up.

Although you can have pounded jam.

So, traditionally, you know, traditionally you can do things with like pounded jam.

But yes, I would recommend you have food for, traditionally eat with your hands. You're going to fall asleep pretty quickly after eating. Wait, so that was that question. So it looks like a large ball of dough in a bowl of soup. How do you eat it with your hands? It's just dipping? Yeah, yeah. So you just sort of like take apart the ball of dough and then enjoy, enjoy the soup.

And then also there tends to be quite nice stewed meats as well.

It tends to fall off the bone.

You just enjoy that.

And it's a very nice slow meal to finish the day with.

It's not one you can, you know, half eat and then half be scrolling on your phone as well.

This is in context of it was, was it Inaki Williams' mother or grandmother who was talking about he stays fit because he eats well?
