I'm delighted to be joined. We think it's the fourth time actually by a very popular guest

0:23.5

and a great friend of mine, Lucinda Miller. We're going to be talking about a small gland

0:29.5

that plays a huge role in our health. The thyroid, which is shaped like a little butterfly

0:36.5

and it sits at the front of our neck and it regulates the hormones T3 and T4

1:52.9

media whenever I do an Instagram live, for example. And I'm talking about a supplement or some kind

1:58.4

of practice. Again and again, the questions come up from readers and listeners. I have a hyperthyroid.

2:04.5

I take thyroxin is the safe. Can I do this? Can I do that? It's clearly a big problem for many

2:11.4

and I hadn't realised that it was an issue for you until I received one of your newsletters

2:16.8

from the nature doc clinic when you talk very openly about your own experience. Tell us about that.
