I had applied for a job. I was super qualified for it. I had three good interviews with the team. I thought I was going to get the job. And then the ED called me and she was just kind of raising all these weird concerns that she didn't have solutions to.

My first question was like, I need to tell them how egregiously wrong this was, especially treating a woman of color, especially for an organization that calls itself progressive.
