Hi my friends, I hope that you're doing really well and I hope that you're making it through

this quarantine without any issues. I did get a little bit restless yesterday and thought,

okay wait, this is Saturday, I should be going out for coffee and friendship on Saturday.

So I'm sure that all of you are feeling that but I just wanted to tell you that I'm so excited

today about my podcast because we are all all over the world. Thousands of us are going

to celebrate my son Nathan's birthday. Nathan, welcome to this show today.

Hey, thanks for having me. Happy birthday to you. Nathan is a, you know, he's sequestered

inside and he can't have friends over and so he and his sweet wife have been celebrating

together. But the reason that we're doing this today actually and Nathan has an amazing

giveaway. He'll tell you later but he's giving you a present instead of you giving him one.

But the reason we're doing it is because Nathan has a wonderful book coming out really

soon and many of you know about this book and it's called Good Man. So Nathan, I can't

wait to talk about this today. So Nathan, tell us what is this book about and why did you

write it? Yeah, well, this book is a little self-explanatory. It's called Good Man and the

subtitle is discovering who men were actually created to be. But this came out of a desire

that I've had for as long as I can remember and it's the desire to find out what exactly

a Good Man is and I feel like culture is forgotten. I feel like many people don't care and
